Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, prescribes the content, form and manner of adoption of the plan for inspection by the director of the State Inspectorate for Environment, i.e. the mayor of the municipality, the mayor of Skopje and the mayor of the municipality in the city of Skopje. The State Inspector of Environment and the State Inspector for Nature Protection submit to the Director of the State Inspectorate of Environment a draft plan for inspection for the next year no later than November 15 of the current year.
