Regulation on the criteria to be met for obtaining an eco-label for hand dishwashing detergents.

This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, prescribes the criteria that must be met in order to obtain an eco-label for hand dishwashing detergents. Certain terms used in this text have the following meaning: "Detergents for hand washing dishes" is a group of products for home and professional use which includes all detergents intended for hand washing of: dishes, ceramic dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, etc; “Applicant" is a legal or natural person who has submitted a request to the body of the state administration responsible for performing the activities in the field of environment for obtaining an ecological mark for detergents for hand washing dishes.
