Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner for the elaboration of the necessary declaration and consequential labelling of different products for plant protection (including auxiliary plant protection products and bio-agents), if placed on the market.
One of most significant issues here defined is that such labelling should be done in accordance with the related classification Regulations and Directives of the European Union (see article 2).
