Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions to be followed and respected by all legal entities that are dealing, handling and are engaged in activities with many toxic substances and products in relation to the plant protection practices and needs.
These rules are in relation with specific conditions for operators/personnel and their education, organizational and technical (space, equipment) conditions for the safe and controlled use of such high toxic substances on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Regulation also implements the harmonization with the terms and rules contained in the Council Directive 91/414/EEC of 15 July 1991 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market.
These rules are in relation with specific conditions for operators/personnel and their education, organizational and technical (space, equipment) conditions for the safe and controlled use of such high toxic substances on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
