Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the specific and detailed conditions (necessary quality, technical and sanitary rules) to be respected by all buyers of agricultural products.
This Regulation further sets the conditions that should be met by all national based agricultural products purchase points.
Agricultural products under the terms of this text are the following: cereals, oil seeds, live cattle, cruel milk, fruit, wild fruits, vegetables, cultivated mushrooms, table grapes, wine grapes and honey.
