Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the rules and conditions to be respected when dealing with the mandatory entry into the national Register of importers of certain agricultural products (also conditions to be fulfilled by related operators present on the national territory).
These rules are aimed for what is classified as authorized micro, small, medium or large enterprise or legal entity, also in full accordance with the provisions of the Macedonian Law on agriculture and rural development.
