Regulation the detailed conditions for the packaging of plant protection products, declaration and labelling with standard phrases.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions for the packaging and necessary labelling of plant protection products (if placed and/or intended to be placed on the market), including various safety and technical measures, additional declaration and the list of standard phrases to be included as part of the necessary labelling contents.
This Regulation further implements the harmonization with the terms and rules contained in the Council Directive 91/414/EEC of 15 July 1991 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market; 2003/82/EC Commission Decision of 29 January 2003 confirming measures notified by Belgium pursuant to Article 6(6) of Directive 94/62/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on packaging and packaging waste; and Council Directive 78/631/EEC of 26 June 1978 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations (pesticides).
