Regulation on the detailed content and manner for preparation of the plan for improvement of ambient air quality.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on ambient air quality, prescribes detailed contents and indicates the manner for preparing the Plan for improvement of ambient air quality. This plan for improvement of ambient air quality shall be prepared by collecting and processing information from: 1. inventories of emissions of pollutants in the air (including industrial emissions); 2. scenarios for future emissions of certain pollutants; 3. assessment of the national air quality; 4. assessment of meteorological conditions and geographical factors that may have an impact on air quality, in general and in short time intervals. Detailed contents of the plan are fully listed in article 3. The plan will contain information on the implementation of air pollution reduction measures determined at the appropriate local, regional or national level in order to achieve related air quality objectives (see article 4).
