Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the amount and type of fees and penalty charges to be paid for damages in the forest (or forest ecosystem).
This Regulation sets the fees for activities such as illegal timber/tree cut; illegal seizure of fallen, broken or tilted trees; and various other practices that are considered as damage cause to the Macedonian forests.
