Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on management of electrical and electronic equipment and waste electrical and electronic equipment, on the form and content of the application for registration of manufacturers who place on market or import electrical and electronic equipment as end users. This text also defines the form and content of the Register of those manufacturers, including the manner for Register management and maintenance, as well as the form and content of the certificate of entry into such Register. The Annex is also part of this publication (samples of indicated registration forms).
