Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, prescribes the form and content of the eco-label, the manner, conditions and procedure for its award and use, as well as the composition and the manner of establishment and operation of the Eco-label Commission. An ecological label is awarded for a product or service that has characteristics that can contribute to a significant improvement of the environment, i.e. meets the requirements contained in adopted environmental criteria. The Annex is also part of this publication (application form).
