Regulation on the form and content of the form of annual report on types and quantity of packages released or imported on the market in the Republic of Macedonia in the previous calendar year and on waste treatments of those packages, form and content of the form of production specification, form and the content of record form on total packaging that has been placed on the market or imported in the Republic of Macedonia as well as the manner in which these records are kept.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on packaging management and packaging waste, prescribes the form and content of the form of annual report on types and quantity of packages released or imported on the market in the Republic of Macedonia in the previous calendar year, including data on waste treatments of those packages. This text further sets the form and content of forms on production specification, form and the content of record/data delivery form on total packaging that has been placed and/or imported on the internal market, as well as the manner in which these records shall be kept. This text is harmonized with the Directive 94/62/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on packaging and packaging waste; and Commission Decision of 22 March 2005 establishing the formats relating to the database system pursuant to Directive 94/62/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on packaging and packaging waste.
