Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on packaging management and packaging waste, prescribes the form and sets necessary contents of the certificate form used for requesting the exemption from payments of packaging waste management compensation fees. A sample of certificate form is given in the Annex which is part of this publication.
