Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on packaging management and packaging waste, prescribes the form and necessary contents of the form for keeping records aimed for legal entities dealing with packaging waste, producers and independent handlers of packaging waste. This text further sets the manner for keeping related records as well as the form and content of certificates of registration of independent packaging waste handlers. The Annex is also part of this publication (samples of indicated forms and certificate).
