Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on waste management, prescribes the form and content of cross-border forms necessary for transferring hazardous waste, as in accordance with the Law on Ratification of the Basel Convention on the control of transboundary movements of hazardous wastes and their disposal and its deriving obligations.
