Regulation on the form and content of the invitation for collection of the fine in a mandatory procedure.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on management of electrical and electronic equipment and waste electrical and electronic equipment, prescribes the form and indicates the content of the invitation for collection of fines in the mandatory procedure for violations in the field of electrical management and electronic equipment and waste electrical and electronic equipment. This invitation (given in the Annex of this publication) for collection of penalty fines in a mandatory procedure for ascertained violations in the area of management of electrical and electronic equipment and electrical and electronic waste consists of five identical copies and it shall be issued by the authorized inspector for environment.
