Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on nature protection, determines the form and content of the invitation for education, the manner of conducting the education, as well as the manner of keeping a single record of conducted education. The education is organized and conducted by the state inspector for nature protection. The education is conducted in the premises of the State Inspectorate of Environment, which performed the inspection, which is closest to the seat of the legal entity or to the facility where the irregularity was determined.
