Regulation on the form and content of the invitation for education, the manner of conducting education, as well as the manner of keeping records on conducted education.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on management of batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators, prescribes the form and content of the invitation for education, the manner of conducting the education as well as the manner of conducting unique records of conducted education. When performing the inspection, the state inspector for environment (or another body that performs inspections) will determine with a report that an irregularity has been committed, and invitation for education shall be made after that. The education is organized and implemented by the state environmental inspector or other body that performed the inspection.
