Regulation on the form and content of the invitation for education, manner of conducting the education, as well as manner of keeping records on conducted education.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on packaging management and packaging waste, prescribes the form and contents of the invitation for education, including the manner of conducting of education related to packaging management and packaging waste management. This text further sets the manner for keeping of records on such conducted education sessions. When during the inspection, the state inspector or authorized inspector of environment who has performed the inspection, determines that an irregularity has been committed, an invitation for education shall be sequentially sent.
