Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on management of batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators, prescribes the form and content of report forms on quantities of collected, taken-over, treated or recycled waste deriving form batteries and accumulators aimed for legal entities and individuals engaged in collective action or independent collection, treatment or recycling of waste batteries and accumulators. These reporting forms are given in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 which are part of this publication.
