Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the request that the legal entity which is owner or user, or the natural person who owns the underlying material for recognition of specific types of basic material for the purpose of obtaining of identified, selected, qualified and tested reproductive material. This text further sets the form and content of related expert opinion on the recognition of such basic forest tree species reproductive materials. Registration forms are given in the Annex of this text.
