This Regulation determines the form and indicates necessary contents of the request for registration in the register of purchasers of agricultural products. This text further prescribes the mandatory accompanying documentation for determining the fulfillment of required conditions for the purchase of agricultural products. This request for registration in the register of purchasers of agricultural products is given in the Annex of this text.
