Abstract
This Regulation determines the form, prescribes the necessary contents and indicates the data that shall be contained in the on-the-spot control report (minutes form report). Article 3 list all necessary contents and data that has to be present in reports on agricultural on-spot or on-location controls/inspections.
The Annex is also part of this publication (minutes reporting form sample).
