Regulation on the form, content and manner of keeping the register of producers and traders of reproductive material from forest tree species.

This Regulation determines the form, prescribes the necessary contents and sets the manner for keeping the Register of producers and traders of reproductive material from forest tree species. This register shall contain the following data: registration number, name of legal entity, address, request number, decision number, producer of seed and/or plant parts, planting material, merchant and note. The form of the Register is given in the Annex, which is an integral part of this text.
