Regulation on the form, content and manner of keeping the register of provenance areas.

This Regulation determines the form, prescribes the necessary contents and sets the manner for keeping the Register of provenance areas. The register of provenance areas of forest tree species reproductive material which consists of submitted-registered forms and sheets (can be kept in written and electronic form), shall contain the following data: registration number; name of a tree species or species (Latin and vernacular name); serial number and description; identification code of provenance area; name of provenance area; data on provenance area (longitude, latitude, altitude and/or climate-vegetation-soil area and surface); geological substrate and soil type; climatic characteristics; and additional notes if existing.
