This Regulation determines the form, content and procedure for submitting the application, lists all necessary information, documents or material for granting breeder's right, the form, content and the way for keeping of the national Register of Breeder's Rights. The application for the grant of a breeder's right will be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management - Office for Seeds and Planting Material, in two copies.
