Regulation on manner and principles for the work of the expert council.

This Regulation sets the procedural and administrative methods and principles for the work and performance of necessary tasks and duties of the plant protection expert Council, that is an official advisory body engaged in consultancy and other types of activities as regards the use of plant protection products (pesticides management and use; protection of soils; technical and scientific issues).
This expert Council is also engaged in taking preventive measures against certain consequences in specific phytosanitary areas (on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia).
