Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the national Law on agriculture and rural development, prescribes the manner of determining the fulfillment of conditions for de minimis assistance granted to family farms (de minimis is aid granted to family farms when it is necessary for them). These provisions shall apply to assistance in the field of agriculture production, with certain exceptions, as listed in article 2. The manner for determining the fulfillment of above mentioned conditions is laid down in article 3.
