Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner for the performance of distribution of veterinary medicinal products in several categories, as listed in article 2 (starting from low controlled drugs also suitable for private persons or private use; for veterinary operators only; and for specialized veterinary products released and potentially used only under strict rules and only by authorized professionals).
This text further sets the administrative and procedural path and related issues as regards the necessary veterinary medicinal prescriptions and their issuance.
