Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner and procedure for implementation of the support for assistance for carrying out agricultural activity aimed at protection and improvement of the environment. The support for assistance for carrying out agricultural activity for the protection and improvement of the environment shall be granted for measures prescribed by the programme for financial support of rural development for which a public call is published by the Agency for Financial Support in Agriculture and Rural Development as well as for the measures implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.
