Regulation on the method of drawing up recognition plans.

This Regulation determines the method of preparation of the recognition plan. The recognition plan contains measures and activities that are aimed at meeting the conditions for acquiring the status of a producer organization (detailed contests are listed in article 2, 3, 4 and 5). This type of agricultural producer organization status can be valid for a period of minimum 2 years and up to 5 years maximum. Data on the value of market production, marketing and infrastructure, including infrastructure owned by members of the cooperative and used by the cooperative are all part of assets that shall be considered.
