Abstract
This Regulation determines the method of implementation of subsidizing interest rates in agriculture and rural development. The request for subsidizing interest rates shall be submitted to the Agency for Financial Support in Agriculture and Rural Development, after publication of a public call by the same Agency. The request from shall be submitted in electronic form through registration on the Agency's electronic portal.
