Regulation on the method of registration and deletion from the records of social and economic partners and necessary documentation.

This Regulation determines the necessary method for the registration and also for deletion from official records on social and economic partners (engaged in agricultural and rural production sectors as in accordance with the national Law on agriculture and rural development). This text further prescribe the list of all mandatory documentation that shall accompany such procedures and requests (see articles 3 and 4).
