Regulation on the methodology for ambient air quality monitoring.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on ambient air quality, prescribes the manner, conditions and procedure for establishment and operation of all ambient air quality monitoring networks and monitoring methodology, conditions and manner and procedure for submission of monitoring information and data and criteria for selection of metering points for all sources of ambient air quality pollution. The monitoring shall be performed by: - continuous and/or discontinuous (occasional) measurement at fixed measuring points, and - sampling to determine the concentration of pollutants in the air.
