Regulation on the methodology for content, manner and procedure, revision of the water management base of the Republic of Macedonia.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waters, prescribes the detailed methodology for the content, the manner and the procedure for preparation, revision and updating of the Water Economy Basis of the Republic of Macedonia. The purpose of this Regulation is to establish an integrated approach to the protection and sustainable use of water resources on the national territory, and its application in the preparation of the Water Management Basis. These detailed contents, manner and procedures for the preparation, revision and updating of the Water Economy Basis are all given in the Annex of this publication.
