Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on management of electrical and electronic equipment and waste electrical and electronic equipment, prescribes minimum processing requirements for separate treatment of waste equipment, issues regarding deriving materials and parts of waste equipment. This text also sets related minimum technical conditions for storage and treatment of waste equipment meant for engaged facilities. Article 2 lists different hazardous waste materials and hazardous substances which shall be separated and processed in a manner that assures the protection form their negative effects (including polychlorinated biphenyls; mercury; plastic; asbestos). Article 3 provides for minimum technical conditions for storage and treatment of waste equipment to be met by all waste equipment treatment plants or installations/facilities.
