Regulation on the procedure, manner of preparation, content of reports on conditions and changes in the space and deadlines for their submission.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on implementation of the Spatial Plan of the Republic of Macedonia, determines the procedure and manner of preparation, the deadlines for submission, as well as the content of reports prepared by the state administration bodies, local self-government units, public services, organizations, enterprises, institutions and other legal entities as regards the conditions and changes in the space (spatial modification procedures which shall be submitted to bodies of state administration responsible for performing activities in the field of spatial planning). The Annex of this publication contains related forms and reporting sheet samples, among detailed data content indication lists.
