Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the: procedure for processing of requests and more detailed documentation in terms of evaluation of the data present in the dossier of plant protection products; necessary data, documents and procedures for the approval and/or renewal of the necessary pesticides registration /authorization.
One of the major issues of this text is the imposition of the documentation for assessing the product dossier according to the accepted forms of the European Union and its Regulations.
