Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the procedure, detailed documentation for the elaboration and processing of requests as regards the application for assessment and use of certain plant protection active substance (agent that is biologically active), that the applicant should submit to the Phytosanitary Directorate, that is here indicated as competent national body.
