Regulation on professional competences for performers of additional activities and on appropriate technical equipment for performance of additional activities in agricultural economies.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the national Law on agriculture and rural development, prescribes the necessary professional competence aimed for performers of additional activity, and sets indications on appropriate technical equipment for performing such additional activity in family agricultural holdings. The performer of the additional activity of a family agricultural holding may perform additional activity if for: meat and milk processor has three or four years of professional education or vocational training for meat and dairy products; processor of grain, flour, sugar, bread, pastries and confectionery products three-year or four-year vocational education or vocational training in the field of food production or catering; fruit and vegetable processor has a three-year or four-year professional education or professional training in the field of food and catering; carpenter, wallpaper - decorator, carver has a three-year or four-year professional education or vocational training in the wood industry and forestry wood processor-wood processing profession; operator of catering activities on the farm has a three-year or four-year professional education or vocational training in the field of catering, tourism or agriculture; rural tourism operator has three or four years of vocational education or vocational training in the field of catering, tourism, agriculture and rural development; operator of services in forestry and agricultural machinery and equipment has a three-year professional or four years of education or vocational training in the field of mechanization in agriculture and forestry.
