Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, determines the necessary spatial conditions of material-technical and information equipment in legal entity premises engaged in examination of experts who will perform environmental impact assessment of projects; and examination for experts aimed to perform strategic environmental assessment. The legal entity should have appropriate information equipment and software application that enables the establishment and maintenance of a single database for conducting exams, documentation, expert analysis and expert supervision.
