Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary rules and terms for the correct transfer of marketing authorization for veterinary medicinal product, including the administrative issues, documents and other provisions to be considered when transfer the legal authorization for dealing with such products on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Regulation is aligned with Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
