Regulation on the type of data on planned quantities for the purchase of agricultural products for the next year and the data on realized purchase for the previous year and the data on realized purchase of agricultural products from the previous month and on planned purchase of agricultural products for the next month, the method of delivery and the form and content of submission forms.

This Regulation determines the type of data regarding planned quantities for the purchase of agricultural products for the following year and the data on realized purchase for the previous year and the data on the realized purchase of agricultural products from the previous month and for the planned purchase of agricultural products for the following month, the method of submission and the form and content of the submission form (all listed forms are given in the Annex of this text). The data on planned quantities for the purchase of agricultural products for the following year and for the realized purchase of agricultural products for the previous year, as well as the data for the planned quantities for the purchase of agricultural products for the next month and for the realized purchase of agricultural products from the previous month, shall be submitted in written and/or electronic form.
