Regulation on the type of data, the procedure and method for recording and assigning a unique identification number to the agricultural holding and for data change and deletion, the content and form of the forms and the necessary accompanying documentation for recording, data change and deletion, and the method and deadline for handling, use, publication and storage of the data from unique register of agricultural holdings, as well as the content and form of the decision for registration and the decision for deletion from unique register of agricultural holdings.

This Regulation determines the type of data, the procedure and method for recording and assigning a unique identification number to agricultural holdings and sets rules regarding for changing and deleting of related data, the content and form of forms and necessary supporting documentation for recording, among other details such as changing data and deleting and method and deadline for handling, using, publishing and keeping of relevant data from the unique register of agricultural holdings, as well as the content and form of enclosed decisions. For the registration of the agricultural holding in the Single Register of Agricultural Holdings and for the assignment of a unique identification number, i.e. for reporting changes, the owner of the agricultural holding shall submit a request for registration and notification of changes in the regional unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. All indicated forms are given in the Annex of this text.
