Spatial plan of the region of protection zones of the Rasce spring.

The main goal of the preparation of this Spatial Plan is the creation of a document with the help of which the development of the space of the first and the second protection zones of the Rasce spring until 2020 will be directed. This text includes optimal use of spatial and natural amenities, local conditions and opportunities, in accordance with the protection of quality, stability and regime of the Rasce water spring. The Plan determines necessary measures for protection of the source, through planning solutions for the relocation of activities and economic capacities, the development of settlements and infrastructure systems, among indications on the purpose and use of land and sustainable use of present natural resources. The Plan has the task to ensure direct participation of the local population and economic entities in the implementation of protection measures and regimes, in order to preserve the quality, stability and yield of the Rasce water spring.
