Myanmar Pearl Rules.

These Rules, consisting of 33 Sections, are formulated in accordance with the the Myanmar Pearl Law.
In order to carry out any or more of the operations for oyster fishing and collecting, artificial breeding of oysters, oyster rearing, pearl culturing, pearl harvesting or marketing of shell, a permit shall be obtained. The Rules further make proviisons for: application for registration certificate and granting thereof, duties of the holder of a permit or a registration certificate, designation of the oyster fishing ground, etc.
