Order No. A/193 of the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry validating revised Regulation on establishing territories safe for animal health, free of animal infectious and non-infectious diseases and epidemiologically safe for livestock and reporting disease-free and epidemiologically safe for livestock territories by country and region.

The scope of this Order is to regulate relationships regarding animal establishment of territories safe for animal health, free of animal infectious and non-infectious diseases and epidemiologically safe for livestock, appointment of expert team, confirmation, approval, stability maintenance, cancellation, suspension, reinstatement, cost financing and reporting. Infectious disease-free and safe for animal health territories shall be intended a country, region, province, capital, sum, district, or protected farm, meaning that the herds of intensive farming, herdsmen's groups and communities have been determined and confirmed to be free of infectious diseases. In order to demonstrate disease-free status (excluding historical quiescence status), sufficient evidence must be provided to demonstrate to the required degree of certainty that infection with a particular pathogen, if present, is less than the established herd rate. Because it is difficult to collect epidemiological data and documents proving the absence of infection of the pathogen in wild animal herds, the assessment will be based on indirect evidence. It establishes requirements for classifying and reporting territory safe for animal health and free of infectious and non-infectious animal diseases.
