Abstract
This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Animal Welfare Act. Firstly it amends certain definitions under article 2, namely those referring to circus, circus operator and circus promoter; the definition of non-governmental organization is inserted. New Part X A on animal welfare in circuses is added. Further amendments concern the Council for Animal Welfare.
