Abstract
These regulations amend regulation 3 of the Blue Fin Tuna Harvesting Regulations, 2017 by adding a new sub regulation (7) providing for the application of regulation 8 of the Aquaculture Operations Regulations, 2017, to the operations regulated by the present regulations and to the live fish in breach of regulation 8 of the Aquaculture Operations Regulations.
