Aquaculture Operations Regulations, 2017 (L.N. 157 of 2017).

These Regulations establish the regulatory framework applicable to aquaculture. All aquaculture operations shall be subject to the issue of a permit, subject to articles 26 and 27 of the Fisheries Conservation and Management Act. The application procedure is defined under regulation 4. Conditions for the issue, refusal, suspension or termination of a permit are laid down as well. An electronically available Aquaculture Operations Register shall be established.
